Maive Beauty is located in Ocoee, Florida. Appointment details are shared with clients after booking.
Do you work from a salon suite or private studio?
Appointments are currently held in a private, appointment-only studio in Ocoee. I’m exploring options for a dedicated studio location and will share an update once plans are confirmed.
Is a deposit required to book?
If a deposit is required, the amount and terms will be shown during online booking before you confirm your appointment. Please review them at checkout.
What if I have a question about my deposit?

Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, when availability allows. If you see an opening on the booking site, you’re welcome to book it online.
What if I don’t see a same-day opening?
Call or text 407-576-4070 to ask about availability. Same-day appointments depend on the schedule and aren’t guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a charge of 100% of the service price. One courtesy reschedule may be offered.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the full service price may still apply, and your appointment may need to be limited to the remaining time.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean skin. For lash services, come without eye makeup or mascara. Check your booking confirmation for any additional instructions for your specific service.
What if I have a skin sensitivity, allergy, or recent treatment?

How long do lash extensions last?
With proper aftercare, extensions shed gradually with your natural lash cycle. Many clients return for a fill every 2–2.5 weeks.
How often should I get a refill?
Refills are generally scheduled every 2–2.5 weeks. Your stylist can recommend timing based on your natural lash cycle and retention.
What is considered a refill?
A refill maintains an existing set when at least 50% of the extensions remain. A full set may be needed if fewer remain or the previous set needs extensive removal.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and avoid eye makeup or oily products around the eyes.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
Mascara is usually unnecessary and can affect retention. Avoid waterproof mascara and follow your stylist’s aftercare instructions.
How long does a lash lift last?
Results commonly last about 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.
Can I get my lashes wet after a lift?
Follow the aftercare timing your stylist gives you. Avoid getting lashes wet or exposing them to steam during the initial setting period.
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes, once the initial aftercare period has passed. Your stylist will let you know when it is okay to resume eye makeup.
What is threading?
Threading uses a twisted thread to remove unwanted hair and shape the brows with precision.
How should I prepare for brow threading?
Arrive with clean skin around the brows. Please mention any recent skin treatments or products that may make your skin sensitive.
How often should I get my brows threaded?
It depends on your hair growth and preferred shape. Your stylist can suggest a schedule after seeing your brows.
How long does brow or lash tint last?
Wear time varies by hair cycle, skin type, and aftercare. Your stylist can give you a more specific estimate for your service.
Do I need a patch test?
Please tell us about any allergies or past reactions before booking. A patch test may be recommended.
Can I choose how dark the tint looks?
Yes. We’ll discuss your preferred look and choose a shade together before applying tint.
How long should my hair be before waxing?
